Returns/refunds are accepted on a case by case basis.

 

Please take time to review the detailed photo's, accurate measurements and descriptions provided for your consideration before purchasing and feel free to reach out with any further questions. I do not accept returns on damaged pieces (ex. cracked stones) or items needing to be resized. Rings, cuffs and chain lengths are made per your specification, if you need assistance in sizing, feel free to ask and I'm happy to help.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of delivery date and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

 

Stoneleaf will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged once the item has shipped. Delivery option's are in place (tracking #) to ensure your items arrive safely. If you would like to add signature required for extra security please contact me upon purchase and I will bill you via Paypal for the $3 postal service fee.
